Riyadh Urban Development Company announced the signing of a contract with its subsidiary, Reconstruction and Construction Company Limited, to implement 263 residential units in Riyadh city without any conditions or preferential benefits.

According to a company statement on Tadawul, the value of the contract is 142.39 million Saudi riyals, excluding taxes and fees, if any.

It is expected to have a positive impact on the company's results after starting the project implementation for the years 2024AD, 2025AD, 2026AD and 2027AD.
