Oil prices fall before OPEC+ meeting

by ADeeL

Oil prices fell slightly today, Tuesday, amid mixed signals in the market as traders await the outcome of this week's OPEC+ meeting.

Brent crude futures fell 0.13% to $71.74 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude fell 14 cents, or 0.21%, to $67.96.

OPEC+ aimed to reverse the cuts in the first quarter of 2025, but expectations of additional supply weighed on prices.
