RIYADH — The Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) formally took command of Mixed Process Drive 152 from the Royal Bahrain Naval Drive and assumed management of the Coalition Process Drive Sentinel from the British Royal Navy.
The transition ceremony occurred on the US Naval Assist Exercise headquarters within the US Fifth Fleet in Bahrain.
Key attendees on the ceremony included the Commander of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, Lt. Gen. Fahd Bin Abdullah Al-Ghufaili, the Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command, the US Fifth Fleet, and the Mixed Maritime Forces, Vice Adm. Brad Cooper, and the Commander of the Royal Bahrain Naval Drive, Rear Adm. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Binali.
A number of ambassadors, attachés, and members of the diplomatic corps in Manama additionally attended the ceremony. — SPA
