Riyadh — Saudi Minister of Overseas Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan reiterated the Kingdom’s agency place of ending all crises by political dialogue in a means guaranteeing the safety of civilians and adherence to worldwide and humanitarian legal guidelines and norms.
