The Customer Experience Forum announced that a group of distinguished institutions and individuals have reached the final stages of the Saudi Customer Experience Awards 2025. Organized by the Forum in partnership with the Saudi Customer Experience Association and in collaboration with (Awards International).
The list of finalists included 301 organizations, divided into 27 categories within four groups: they are: Classic Customer Experience, Customer Experience Circles, Customer Experience in Specific Sectors and Customer Experience Professionals.
Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Shamson, CEO of the Saudi Customer Experience Awards, explained that the finalists will be assessed by an independent jury, as they will now be able to submit all their proposals online for evaluation at the awards finals and meeting. Special jury committees will discuss their entries.
