Health Services of the Ministry of Defense launched the Integrated Health Information System “Rabbit” in its 21 Primary Health Care Centers in the Eastern and Northern Regions in the presence of Dr. Ahmed, Acting Director General of Health Services, Ministry of Defense. Bin Muhammad al-Amri.
The “Rabbit” system aims to provide safe health care with high quality standards based on accurate and reliable data, in line with the health sector transformation program in the Kingdom.
The Ministry of Defense's health services completed the qualification and training of human and technical cadres to use the system at the Armed Forces Hospital in Dhahran, the King Fahd Military Medical Complex in Dhahran, the Armed Forces Hospital in the North and the Armed Forces Hospital in Dhahran. It is noteworthy that the “Rabbit” system was first introduced in the Armed Forces Hospital in Qasim and its primary health care centres.
