A violator was arrested for smuggling 249 kg of khat plant in Jazan area

Patrols from the Security Regiment in the Jazan region arrested a border security violator of Yemeni nationality accused of smuggling 249 kilograms of the drug Qat plant hidden in a vehicle in Al-Dair Governorate.

The violator was stopped, legal action taken against him and he was referred to the competent authority.
