The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center announced the distribution of 804 food baskets and 804 health bags in the city of Afrin in the Aleppo Governorate in Syria, benefiting 4,824 individuals.
It comes under the second phase of the project to distribute food aid and health bags to earthquake-affected residents in Northern Syria for the year 2024 AD.
On the other hand, the King Salman Center inaugurated the distribution of 4,000 food baskets to displaced people in shelter centers in the governorates of Al-Damazin, Al-Rusairis and Bau in the Blue Nile region of Sudan.
This comes within the framework of relief efforts provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Centre, to alleviate the suffering of the Syrian and Sudanese people as a result of the humanitarian crisis.
